    Mixture of some chemicals and polymers to create the desired properties which can be used for several application such as automotive components (Tire, Moulded parts, weather strip, hose, etc), houseware components (refrigerator, washing machine, etc), construction components (Bridge Bearing: Pot Bearing, Lead Rubber Bearing, Elastomeric Bearing Pad), Shoe Sole.

  • PT. Seongsan International has 4 production lines which total production capacity per month up to 450 ton/shift. Supported by some experienced and updated testing technology, we assure to supply the best quality of rubber compound to the market.

We provide CMB (Compound Master Batch) which is mixture of polymers together with other chemicals. It is covering the range of mooney viscosity from 10 to 200.

    • We provide FMB (Final Master Batch) which the final product of rubber compound after curing. It is covering the range of hardness from 30 to 90 (Shore A). We can produce customized size as customers' requests
